WOK titanium Ø 30 cm AMT

In a titanium pan - wok you can fry, bake, roast. All dishes can be prepared without fat or the pan can be wiped with a napkin with a drop of oil.

The patented AMT Gastroguss titanium cookware coating protects the cookware against abrasion. Heat the pan first, then turn the heat down to medium to low. You can also finish your meal off off the stovetop. By cooking on a lower setting and setting the pan down earlier, you will achieve significantenergy savings .

The advantage of the titanium pan is that it is  very easy to maintain.

The titanium wok is a special kind of frying pan that is used primarily in Asian cuisine. A high quality pan with a non-stick surface suitable for both stove and oven. The higher rim of the pan allows for easier frying, cooking and braising of food.

Do not heat the surface of the pan above 250⁰C! If you do so you may damage the construction of the pan itself.
