The Profi Line cleaver has a high quality blade and a clever handle design. The blade is hardened to a Rockwell hardness of 55° and is made of high quality chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel, thus achieving a longer blade life. The cutting edge of the blade is sharpened for a smoother cut. The chopper is suitable for everyday use in the home, but can also handle the load in the gastronomy industry. It is not used for chopping frozen food.

The handle is made of "POM" plastic. This material is characterized by high mechanical strength and rigidity, wear resistance, low moisture absorption and has excellent dimensional stability.
