Red chef's knife 25 cm Arcos 2900

The Arcos chef's knife with a blade length of 250 mm is designed to best suit the needs of industry professionals. The blade is made of NITRUM® stainless steel enriched with nitrogen, giving it excellent strength, cutting power and long-lasting sharpness. The ergonomic handle used in this series is made of hygienic plastic with good impact resistance, anti-slip and resistance to high temperatures (120-130° C). The connection between the handle and the blade is firmly bonded directly in the injection moulding process. The colour of the handle identifies the knife to distinguish the food being cut, thus achieving better hygiene control for the consumer based on European regulations. Red handle colour.
